Another reason to listen to audio ghost stories as opposed to watching it is that the feeling it emotes which can give you an incredibly spooky effect. It adds all the more mystery to the story when sight is taken completely away from you. You can let your imagination run wild here and come up with all sorts of scenarios in your head while the story is being told. You can also imagine what the characters might look like.

Finally one might choose to listen to audio ghost stories simply just for the cheap inexpensive entertainment. It is not difficult to find several of these ghost stories on a collection of discs at an extremely reasonable price. You can stay within your budget and still be entertained at the same time.
