This is a perfect place when planning your haunted Halloween wedding. Many people associate Salem with the witch trials that began in 1692. Nineteen people were put to death while over 100 were imprisoned. They were all accused of practicing witchcraft. It draws many crowds a year and for good reason! There’s all sorts of interesting places for you and your guests to go such as The House of Seven Gables, Salem Witch Museum, Salem Wax Museum, Salem Witch Trials Tercentenary Memorial and The City Center. The House of Seven Gables would be a venue to consider. It dates back to the 17th century. It has an amazing waterfront with gardens by the seaside.
Cheesman Park in Denver Colorado
This charming park is situated right near the heart of Denver. At first glance, one can only imagine the tranquility by taking in beautiful views of the grass and trees which includes a lovely Japanese garden located in the park itself. It sounds like a perfect setting for a wedding right, but don’t forget we are looking for a haunted Halloween wedding here. It’s disturbing history began in the late 1800′s when it was a cemetery. In 1892 the city of Denver decided that the bodies were to be relocated. Now everyone knows you aren’t to disturb the dead. Since then strange sounds such as screams and moans have been heard in the park.
