Food For Haunted Halloween Party Part Two
Here is another great treat you can have at your haunted Halloween
party. Take some hamburger meat and make it in the shape of fingers. Cook them as usual on the stove until they are nice and brown. Then take almonds and add them to the ends of your cooked hamburger meat to create what looks like fingernails. For the finishing touch, be sure to add sauce.
For spaghetti, you don’t have to do much because by nature it can resemble worms, but you can put it in one of those plastic skulls that you can virtually find at any store.
If you are going to have chips at your haunted Halloween party (what party doesn’t have chips??), you can make them into frightening shapes such as ghosts or bats. All you need to purchase is some cookie cutters in Halloween themed shapes and corn tortilla. You will also need some spooky dip to go with your terrifying chips! Add green food dye for that gross effect to any cheese or ranch dip.
Another great idea is to use gelatin molds. They have them in all sorts of scary shapes such as hands, the human heart and yes the human brain. You can even add red food dye if you want. Be warned though, they might be so frightening to look at that your guests might not want to eat them!
Here is something you can add to the drinks at your haunted Halloween party. You already have your glove shaped ice cube in the punch bowl but you might need more ice. So make sure to have extra ice cubes on hand. While placing the water in the ice cube trays, add some some gummy worms to them. It will be a nice surprise when they reach for an ice cube.
Finally I can not forget to leave out all the vegetable lovers out there, so for your next haunted Halloween party, how about a tray of eyes? Purchase some cherry tomatoes along with sour cream and black or green olives. Cut in half each cherry tomato. Clean out what is inside and replace it with sour cream. Then place a black or green olive in the center to create an eye.
Here’s hoping your next haunted Halloween party is a big hit!
